1/2 Day Defibrillator Training

bullet point Brief:
This 1/2 day course follows the UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines for training in the use of Automated External Defibrillators, as stipulated by the HSE.

  bullet point Basic life support (CPR) refresher
    bullet point Safety and legal aspects of defibrillation
    bullet point Why do we need defibrillators?
    bullet point Life threatening cardiac rhythms
    bullet point Application and practical training in the use of the Defibrillator
       
 

bullet point Completion:
On completion of the course, the delegate will receive a certificate of attendance. The UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines recommends that this training should be refreshed every 6 months.
